Trust me you're really not.
How do I know? because I used to be too busy until I pulled my head out of my ass and what do you know I lost 125lbs...anywayssss
I can't tell you how many times the response I got back after messaging someone to start their health and fitness journey was "I'm too busy."
Well I'm here to tell you that "you're too busy" is a bullshit excuse and I'm not here for it.
Everyday you have a list of things you need to do and a list of things you want to do, and every time you do something you are making a choice. You are making a CHOICE about how you're gonna spend your valuable time.
Now it's okay (well I mean I personally think its a waste of time..) to want to spend you're 5 free hours after work or school watching Netflix, laying on the couch, playing with the dog, whatever it is you do, but it's not okay to make the excuse of being "too busy." Time isn't the issue here, it's your priorities, #truthbomb.
You make time for what's important.
With that being said, we also waste A LOT of time. We all do. Today I literally sat in my bed watching YouTube videos of gym fails for 2 hours when I could of BEEN AT THE GYM #wastemytime. I had ample time, two hours to be exact, but I made the choice and prioritized sitting on my ass watching other people workout rather than actually working out.
That isn't a time issue, thats a ME issue.
To make this long story short. You're NOT "too busy," your priorities are just shit. Get it together, figure out your priorities, and realize you're putting time into things that don't matter.
Netflix will still be there, youtube will still be there, and the 3 donuts will still be there if you don't get your priorities straight.
